TELL ME A STORY Gathering

Calling all members of the VCSE interested in different and better ways of talking about our work and learning how we might do it better
A small group will be gathering to look at the potential for using stories to understand, learn, evaluate, illustrate and share our work.
A starting point for us all to think about how we (if we do at all) collect and use the stories around us, our work and activity for the benefit of ourselves, those we work with, our organisations, partners, commissioners and funders
We’ll look at what a story is made up of
How we might practically collect and use them
and how to use them to help everyone
as well as casting an eye over some of the sensitive issues around confidentiality and permission
Everyone is welcome and we will all be there to learn so please bring stories with you as they may be helpful during the course of the session.
